Students coming to IFALPES join the 1500 French students who have chosen IPAC. You will find yourself in a university atmosphere with 200 professors and external lecturers from the professional world. State-recognised schools delivering certified degrees, IPAC offers a wide range of programmes.

Partnerships and Accreditations

IFALPES is an associated partner of the Université Catholique de Lyon. The university and IFALPES work together via pedagogical workshops and teacher training. The partnership enables students from IFALPES to earn a University diploma "Diplôme Universitaire d’Etudes de Langue et Culture Françaises" indicating their level obtained in the European framework.

IFALPES is listed in CULTURESFRANCE’s 2008 repertory of French institutes in France, as a centre in the process of the interministerial certification of quality: "Label qualité français langue étrangère".

IFALPES is a member of SOUFFLE, a professional group of French language centres, which guarantees the best teaching standards.

As an associate member of the CCIS, College Consortium for International Studies, an American student enrolled in our programs can obtain a transfer of credits to his home institution in the USA.

Scandinavian students coming to IFALPES are eligible for the grant CSN and the loans LIN and LANEKASSEN.

German employees can be funded through Bildungsurlaub: IFALPES is accredited by Saarland, Schleswig-Holstein, Rheinland-Pfalz, Berlin, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, Sachsen-Anhalt, Niedersachsen and Hamburg.
